What can EUclaim do for you?

With our service, EUclaim offers air passengers the possibility to claim their right according to EC regulation 261/2004. If your flight is cancelled you are entitled to financial compensation up to 600 euro.

Historical flight data

Based upon our collection of historical (flight) data, we can advise you on the validity of your claim. By presenting the right burden of proof to the airline and by following the correct legal steps we are able to make it much easier for you to claim. Furthermore our help will increase the probability of a successful claim.

The Calculator

The Calculator is a software module developed as a service to determine in a simple manner if you are entitled to compensation as is your legal right. Using easy to follow questions, the Calculator takes you step-by-step through the regulation and offers a clear advice regarding your situation.

Claim direct

If the results of the Calculator are such that you are entitled to a compensation, you can file your claim with EUclaim. After analyzing the actual flight information we can supplement the claim with proof when filing the claim with the airline. We will take care of the whole claim process, and when the airline has paid the claim to us, we will transfer the claim amount minus administration and collection fees (over 73% of the amount claimed will be transfered) to your account. Note: we work with No-Win-No-Fee method!

Your right, our promise

If we accept your claim, it is because we doubt the reason of extraordinary circumstance as presented by the airline. If the airline does not convince us of the circumstances and refuses to pay out the claim, we will continue the claim in court.
