Route: Amsterdam (AMS) - Calgary (YYC)
Concerns: Cancellation (more than 24 hours delay)
Plea:
There was no aircraft available to perform the flight. All Martinair aircraft were deployed elsewhere. This was known more than 2 days before the planned of the flight known. In addition, the inconvenience to passengers occurred at least equal to that of a cancellation.
Counter-plea airline:
It is a delay and not a cancellation. The actual frequency of the weekly flight schedule is maintained.
