Flight BA 440
Route: London - Amsterdam
Concerns: Cancellation
Plea:
British Airways cancelled flight BA 440. This is not disputed by either party. The passenger landed in Amsterdam about 4 hours later than agreed in the original contract.
Counter-plea airline:
British Airways suggests in an e-mail that the flight was cancelled due to restrictions imposed by air traffic control because of bad weather. Hard wind had greatly reduced the stream of incoming aircraft.
