Flight HV 762

Concerns: Denied boarding
The passengers were informed in writing by their tour operator Neckermann, 5 days before their flight, that they would not fly with flight HV 762 at 12:12, but with flight HV 878 at 21:40. Flight HV 762 was executed according to schedule, however, the passengers were denied boarding and eventually arrived 9 hours later than contractually agreed, on flight HV 878.
Transavia declared by letter that she does not feel responsible for the denied boarding and refers the passengers to their tour operator.
