Regulation 261/2004 

The European Union has published a universal form that can be used for filing complaints in relation to Regulation 261/2004 (air passenger rights). This form must be accepted under European law by ALL airlines and ALL European national enforcement bodies.

The Calculator

The Calculator is a software module developed as a service to determine in a simple manner if you are entitled to compensation under the Regulation. Using easy to follow questions, the Calculator takes you step-by-step through the regulation and offers a clear advice regarding your situation.

How does it work?

With EUclaim you can find out whether you are entitled to financial compensation. This advice is given free of charge and includes a fully completed EU Complaint form and a letter directed to the airline and national enforcement body. After you get the advice, you then decide if you want to purchase one of our tailored made complaint packages designed to speed up recovery of the compensation.

What you get?

If you decide to purchase a complaint package this kit will contain:

    - A letter appropriate to the package bought detaling the incident as described by you.
    - A flight delay or cancellation declaration (as appropriate) detailing what happened to your flight.
    - An information sheet explaining how to go about pursuing your claim.

When downloading the letters we have ensured that as much information is filled out for you.  You will also receive instructions on the procedure for submitting these letters.
