Good service, fast processing. For a Canadian, it took 2 months to get claim against KLM paid, but I did not answer in time to their requests for information - so most of the time "wasted" was my fault...
The processing fee of Euro 200 out of Euro 600 is a little steep, but still getting E400 back without any effort is worth it.
I do recommend Euclaim as a service.

I never knew about the service but I chose to try it and trust EUclaim team. The sevice is excellent. I got my claim after 2 months and the money was in my bank account. I highly recommand it . Thank you for the quality of the service and for your reactivity. But commission is 30 percent including administration charges.

It's over 18 months since I submitted my claim and have just been told that I need to wait, that this is how long the process takes. Not really good enough when you charge around 30% for the service.

It's been almost a year and a half that I still don't have proper feedback. It's always another excuse. The best one now is that the airlines reference number system doesn't work! Really, how do they pay any other person? I always have to go back to ask what is happening with my claim. I leave it for a month and when I follow up again, same excuse! ! Really don't think you have any customer service . People sometimes just expect feedback as promised and not for client to follow up

Even though the service is super helpful and easy to follow, i didnt appreciate the lack of transparency in the charges. They take approx. 40% of the claim, so have this present when selecting this service.

I'm waiting one year, and there is no any update! They told me to wait on other passengers (for this flight) to complete their claim. Probably they will waiting two more years.
