Me and my family we delayed 8 hours coming back from our wedding in Cyprus in 2013 with Thomas Cook. We wrote to the company but they responded with a no chance as they do. So last year we decided to use EU claim. Less than one year later we received our compensation. They wouldn't pay out for a child (under 2 )as we had only paid a small amount for her to travel. We were kept updated throughout the process. Yes we paid a fee. it was reasonable and lets face it we had ended up with nothing when we tried ourselves so anything we received was a bonus. So thanks EU I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to friends and family or to use you again should we ever need to.

I found out about EUclaim in a facebook group and gave it a try. I had a really bad experience with TAP airlines last year and when I saw I was entitled to refund, I started the process with them. They've answered all my questions and mails, and it usually took at most 2 days to replay it! The website is very easy to use as well and they keep you always updated about the process. I have no reasons not to indicate them. I am very impressed with their efficiency and quick results!

This company took 9 months to provide us with air line compensation
Little communication from start to finish , I had to contact them via email to receive any sort of feed back as to where we were at with the claim .
The airline promised 400 euros each = 800 euros in total , we have just been paid just over £400 for the pair of us after their fees .
I really wish I had claimed this back myself
I would not recommend this company to anyone

I am very impressed with the EU claim service. All I had to do was to fill the form and send confirmation that my KLM flight was delayed for 12 hours. Less than a week later a very decent compensation was on my bank account. Magic!

We checked on the homepage of our airline if we could claim anything and filled in the excact data with flight number. The machine told us we can´t claim on this flight, but we still could claim by email and try this way. Pretty sure we probably would´t get anything, we didn´t write. But then we saw the ad from eu.claim on facebook and thought okay, let´s give it a try... Easy - peasy!! At once we got the information we can claim for €600 each of us! Never thought we could get this amout because that was almost that what we paid for the flight! Well, €600 wasn´t left after eu.claim took their fees off, but there were still €400 left for each of us!!
It was easy to fill in the form and we got the money within of a few days, after we´ve given them the bank details.
