I've recommended your services to our corporate travel group who arrange over 10,000 flights per year across the EU and this could be one area for you to expand your business. Most companies do not compensate their employees when company paid flights are disrupted, by advising them of your services the employee would potentially receive some financial recompense for their personal disruption at no cost or administrative burden to the employer.

- I appreciated that we could answer and write to someone (no "no reply" policy).

- Good to have the whole history on your website

- If a colleague hasn't told me about your company I would never have found it!

- it took some times of course but I don't think it was your responsability.

Regarding flight KLM- Lagos - Amsterdam

As frequent flyer for many years I expected a customer valued response after filing my complaint, my first in 15 years. After some correspondence with the airline I gave up, but got motivated again when reading a article in the paper about EUclaim. Euclaim handled this case very professionally. This professional effort resulted in the airline admitting poor performance on that particular flight. Next time around I won't even bother filing a complaint with the airline, I'll contact EU claim straight away.

thank you very much! Without your efforts it would have been nearly impossibly for us to pursue our rightful claim. We have already talked to our travel agency which was very interested in your service because they would like to refer your company to customers of them which have encountered similar problems with airlines. Through your good internet presences all steps of your efforts were very transparent and your response time of my questions asked was very fast. I hope that your company will teach the airlines that they can not trample passenger's law under foot with impunity. Thank you very much again.
