Missed Connection
You have experienced a missed connection when your first flight is delayed, and you miss your connecting flight. You arrived at your final destination with a different flight number and/or different airline and/or different route then was indicated on your booking/ticket.
The level of compensation is dependent on the distance of your original flight and of the difference in arrival time with your substitute flight.
- ¤ 250 for all flights of 1,500 kilometers or less;
- ¤ 400 for all intra-Community flights of more than 1,500 kilometers, and for all other flights between 1,500 and 3,500 kilometers;
- ¤ 600 for all other flights not falling in one of the above categories.
