Re-routing
You have experienced a re-routing if you arrived at your final destination with a different flight number and/or different airline and/or different route then was indicated on your booking/ticket.
There are two types of re-routing.
Re-routing with a different flight number - you have arrived at your final destination but with a different flight number than the one you were originally booked for.
Re-routed on a different route - you reached your final destination but the airline has changed your flight route.
Compensation for a re-routing of your flight
The level of compensation is dependent on the distance of your original flight and of the difference in arrival time with your substitute flight.
With EUclaim you will receive a free advice determining if you are entitled to a financial compensation in the event of re-routing. After a positive advice you will be given the opportunity, for free, to download the EU complaint form and letter directed at the airline and NEB. You will then be able to purchase additional products depending on your circumstances, designed to speed up the collection of the compensation
