If we had to do this ourselves we would not know where to start and never would have persevered this long. So we're very happy that we got a tip from our friends and family about the existence of EUclaim. It was the right decision to file the claim with you. In the beginning we were a bit sceptical, because sometimes we did not get any updates for months. Tip: send your clients a message every once in a while, even if it's only 'we did not forget about you, please be patient'. This would give a more trustworthy image. When I am confronted with another flight delay in the future I will definitely contact you again.

Air Berlin - AB 3511 - Flight date : 12-05-2012

We have filed our claim for Air Berlin with you, we were with 3 persons and were delayed for 10 hours from Gran Canaria to Münster last summer (AB 3511). Unfortunately a legal procedure had to be started in Germany, which was the reason it took a very long time before Air Berlin paid the compensation. Fortunately everything is solved now, we are very satisfied with the work EUclaim did for us, because starting a legal procedure in Germany is way beyond our reach.
