Brazil’s World Cup team all set to brighten up the skies

The EUclaim team loved this wild idea from Brazilian artist duo Otavio and Gustavo Pandolfo.

Brazil’s World Cup Airplane

The identical twins known as Os Gemêos were commissioned by Brazilian air carrier GOL to paint  the Brazilian national soccer team’s World Cup Boeing 737 with their a colourful blend of folk and street art.  The project, which depicts the varied and colourful ethnicity of Brazil’s population, took a week to complete and the artists used some 1,200 cans of spray paint. After the World Cup, the plane will remain active in the GOL fleet for two years.
