Clarification missed connection
At this moment it is still unclear how to proceed with cases dealing with a missed connection. The confusion especially occurs when the first flight is delayed less than three hours. The EC Regulation 261/2004 does not mention a missed connection and how to pursue a claim in this situation.
Hopefully this will come to an end on February 26th and will passengers who are delayed because of a missed connection be compensated accordingly.
