As predicted, snow has disrupted air traffic throughout Europe. Many flights are cancelled or delayed.
Unfortunately passengers are not entitled to financial compensation when they are stuck at the airport because of bad weather conditions. This is seen as an extraordinary circumstance. Something the airline cannot prevent.
There is, as mentioned before, the right to care. It is important to keep all receipts from meals and refreshments when your flight is delayed.
