Chaos at Gatwick Airport due to IT problem

Due to a technical problem at London Gatwick Airport, flight information concerning arrivals and departures are not displayed on the screens. Airport staff is now using a whiteboard to inform passengers on incoming and outgoing flights.

The IT-glitch has caused the flight information to no longer be displayed at the large signs of Gatwick airport. Passengers have reported that they missed flights due to the poor communication. Whiteboards are now used to display and adjust flight information.
